Stephen Backholm founded and operated his first technology company at sixteen and has spent more than 20 years helping organizations use technology to solve business problems and gain a competitive advantage.

Most recently, Stephen spent five years as Director of Innovation & Technology for the Washington State Investment Board, where his responsibilities included AI and data strategy, cybersecurity and cloud transition. Every True Cedar client gets direct founder involvement and experienced technology leadership.
